VBike Riders collects identity, contact, KYC, rental, payment, vehicle and support information to assess applications and operate rentals. Aadhaar information is masked wherever possible. Provider credentials and payment details are processed by authorized service providers.

You may request access or correction by contacting privacy@vbikeriders.com. To permanently delete your account and associated data, use our account deletion request page. Records required for legal, accounting, safety or active rental obligations are retained for the applicable period.
